Night GRUK by Piet Hein

Danish Piet wrote thousands of Gruk, short poems and wise words. This one reads like something like this:
"How does it help
that hundreds
of people
want to
sleep
when there is
one single
dog,
that wants to
weep" (Should be bark but then it doesnt rhyme with sleep!)
